Go System->Configuration->Make Live CD
Select the advanced option
For most part the defaults will do. There are just two places where you have to take care:
On the Select a root directory screen, you may select files and directories to exclude. Here you can specify all the directories under "/home".
Should the root file system occupy more than 1.8G, you can also select to exclude certain files under "/usr" such as the java and open office libraries below "/usr/lib".

The reason why we do this, is to keep the ISO image below 700MB so it may still fit on a CD.
On the Special Mount Points screen, you specify which parts of the file system should be mounted via NFS.
When you are finished, click Forward and wait for the live CD to be created.
When your ISO is created, you can burn it and give it a test drive.
